Prof. Purnomo Yusgiantoro, Founder of Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC), with the PYC Research Team (Akhmad Hanan and Haryanto) became the speakers for an Oil & Gas Short Class titled “National Energy General Energy Plan (RUEN)” held by the Association of Petroleum Engineering Students of Institut Teknologi Bandung (HMTM Patra). The event was held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 5th Floor, School of Business and Management (SBM) ITB Building. Besides Prof. Purnomo Yusgiantoro and the PYC team, there was another speaker, Mr. Sugeng Mujianto, Head of Policy & Trial Division of National Energy Council.
The first speaker, Mr. Sugeng, explained about RUEN and its correlation with the oil and gas production and consumption in Indonesia. On the other hand, the PYC Team presented about the oil and gas industry condition, from the past until the present moment, with an estimation of the oil and gas production and consumption in the future. At the end of the presentation, there were many intriguing questions from the audiences. In addition, HM Patra also organized an interactive quiz session for the audiences.
