Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and approving research materials.

Assistant Legal Researcher – Energy and Environmental Law
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on energy and environmental law topics, including renewable energy, climate change, pollution control, and natural resource management.

- Responsibilities:
- Providing administration support, which covers: organizing scheduled meetings and appointments; recapitulating data; making reports, memos and letters; archiving documents, etc.
- Purchasing and supervising routine and non-routine office purchases such as pantry and stationery stock, other new office facilities and making sure the stock is sufficient, maintaining good relationships and negotiating with vendors.
- Procurement/inventory control of office equipment and supplies, and pantry supplies.
- Maintaining all office legal and permit documents, dealing and liaising with related external parties.
- Working closely with the vendor and finance department to ensure the vendor invoice and all supporting documents are completed, and payment done in a timely manner.
