The Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC) was invited by Yayasan Rumah Energi (YRE) to participate in a focus group discussion (FGD) on 3 September 2019. The theme of the FGD was “Exploration of Biodiesel as the Alternative Energy for National Energy Security and Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Attempt”. The event was opened by a brief introduction about YRE and its programs by Mr. Agung Lenggono, Project Manager of YRE. Afterwards, there were presentations from Mr. Ahmad Safruddin, Joint Committee for Leaded Gasoline Phase-out (KPPB), Mr. Endra Setyawan, PT Bali Hijau Biodiesel, and Ir. Edy Wibowo, M.T., Director of Funding Distribution of Oil Palm Estate Fund Agency (BPDPKS). The FGD was attended by the private, university, and NGOs representatives.
