Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting regular buildings inspections and delivering reports, also ensuring facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Communication/Marketing/Event/Business or other related fields.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience working in communication and publication fields.
  3. Proficiency in using a design software tool, such as Adobe Photoshop or Corel, is a plus.
  4. Proficiency in using social media platforms.
  5. Being able to write proposals, activity reports, etc.
  6. Highly-motivated and creative individual with the ability to take the initiative and collaborate with the internal team.
  7. Excellent command of English and capacity in writing and communication skills.
  8. Being able to write proposals and activity reports.

  10. Possessing good time management to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

  2. Organizing collection of books, publications, documents, and other reference materials.
  3. Organizing archive (incl. digital archiving).
  4. Taking a role in the publication process (journal, report, books).
  5. Reporting directly to Library Coordinator.
  6. Any other duties that may be required.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Library Science.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the library.
  3. Having a good knowledge of Library Management.
  4. Being able to operate SLiMS.
  5. Having an interest in library preservation or library marketing.
  6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  7. Excellent reading and writing skills in English.
  8. Highly-motivated individual with the ability to take the initiative, work independently, and collaborate with others in a team.
  9. Having the ability to prioritize work and projects with attention to detail.
  10. Possessing good time management to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  11. Living and/or able to work in Jakarta.
