Ahmad Munawir Siregar

Ahmad Munawir Siregar is a Research Staff at the Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC). He holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Universitas Lampung and a Master’s degree in Energy Security from Universitas Pertahanan Indonesia. Before joining PYC, he has been involved in various energy and Environmental research projects such as the Dynamic system model of electric energy availability towards population and land conversion in Padang Lawas, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for Fuel Terminal Pare-Pare and Fuel Terminal Poso in PT. PERTAMINA Patra Niaga Marketing Operation Regional VII and Permit environmental of groundwater withdrawal (GL-05) at smelter nickel industry in PT. Mitra Murni Perkasa. He has contributed several research papers in the subject of energy for national and international conferences. Outside his work at PYC, he loves badminton, hiking and travelling.
Vivid Amalia Khusna

Vivid is a Research Staff at Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Economics from Universitas Airlangga. She has been involved in various research such as crowdfunding as RE alternative financing, women participation in energy transition, and energy transition in manufacturing industry. She has also shared her opinion by writing opinions and research papers in energy related-issues. Before joining PYC, she was a consultant assistant in an economic and psychology consulting agency. In her leisure time, She likes cooking, watching movies, and embroidering.
Hidayatul Mustafidah Rohmawati

Hidayatul Mustafidah Rohmawati is a research assistant at the Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC). She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universitas Brawijaya and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), focusing on Sustainable Energy Management Systems, supported by the scholarship program from PYC. Her research interests include bio-based energy and the green industry sector.
At PYC, she has conducted several research projects, including LPG-to-CNG conversion for MSMEs and energy sector infrastructure reform, CCS/CCUS integration into green industry, and biofuel supply chain analysis. Hida has actively contributed to various articles and opinion pieces in national and international online media covering energy-related issues. Hida is always curios and she loves taking the opportunity for mentorship programs to gain deeper knowledge from the experts and expand her network. She was selected as one of the mentees of the Breaking Through The Glass Ceiling Course Series from Women in Energi Indonesia, Female Graduate Mentorship Program from Women in Mining and Energy Indonesia (WiME), and Student Fellowship from Student Energy. During her spare time, she likes cooking, reading, and watching movies.
Mayora Bunga Swastika

Mayora Bunga Swastika is a research assistant at Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC). She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) and a master’s degree in International Relations from Universitas Indonesia (UI). She has been involved in various energy research projects such as geopolitics of electric vehicles, management of energy sources in border areas, global issues and its impact on the Indonesia energy sector, implications of foreign investment in the energy sector, and cooperation between countries in the energy sector. She also has shared her insitghts by writing in opinions and research paper in energy issues such as geopolitics of energy transition and battery as alternative transport fuel. Outside her work, she loves travelling, shopping and watching movies.
Nadira Asrifa Nasution

Nadira is a researcher at Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC). She started having interest in energy issues on her last year of postgraduate school. Prior to working in PYC, she worked for G20 Presidency Indonesia, as an analyst for various issues on economic, social, and development. Later she assisted research on public policy and economic development. She has also contributed in working on academic articles and policy brief. She got her bachelor’s degree from Faculty of Political and Business, UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta, majoring in International Relations. In 2019, she completed her master’s degree in Master Program of Economic Planning and Development Policy (MPKP) FEB UI. She has research interest on Development economics, Public Policy, and behavioral economics. Aside from her professional job, she loves to cook, enjoy a cup of coffee, and do pilates on her spare time.
Felicia Grace Ratnasari Utomo

Felicia is a Researcher at the Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center. She is currently on study leave pursuing a master’s degree in Environmental Studies, with a focus on Sustainability Management, at the University of Waterloo, Canada, supported by a scholarship from the FINCAPES Project. The FINCAPES project is a 5.5-year initiative in Indonesia funded by the Government of Canada, which involves partnerships between the University of Waterloo and PYC. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Development Economics from Universitas Katolik Atma Jaya Jakarta.
At PYC, she has conducted research projects in the energy and social sciences fields, including regional energy security, mineral smelter decarbonization, energy policy and subsidy reform, carbon taxation, regulatory impact assessment on electricity regulation, peer-to-peer energy trading, community renewable energy, and the just energy transition. She has also contributed to writing articles, books, research reports, as well as providing opinions in media related to energy issues.
In addition to her other activities, she has participated in various energy events, podcasts, and conferences as a jury, moderator, or speaker. In 2024, she was awarded as a participant in the Southeast Asia Just Energy Transition Fellowship Program supported by the Australia Award Fellowship. In her free time, Felicia enjoys singing, traveling, and exploring new culinary experiences.
