Felicia Grace Ratnasari Utomo

Researcher

Felicia is a Researcher at the Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Development Economics from Universitas Katolik Atma Jaya Jakarta. Since her childhood, she loves to observe everything around her and in PYC she finally found her strong interest and passion in research. At PYC she has been involved in several research projects on energy economics, energy policy and environmental-energy-related topics, such as carbon tax, regulatory impact assessment on electricity regulation, peer-to-peer energy trading using blockchain technology, analysis on kaya identity and an ongoing research on energy subsidy reform. She has also contributed by writing articles, research papers and reports, and opinions related to energy issues, as well as supporting material and assistance for lectures and seminars. Other than that, she participated in various energy events, podcasts, and conferences, such as as a jury in student energy competitions, a speaker and moderator at the PYC podcast, and a paper presenter at the Business and Economics National Conference. Before joining PYC, she was an assistant lecturer for econometrics in her major. In PYC, she frequently used econometrics for her internal research or for knowledge sharing with external parties, for example in 2019 she delivered a sharing session with Petroleum Engineering students of Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). In her free time, Felicia enjoys singing, travelling, watching k-dramas, and culinary hunting.
