Rangga Gamayudha

Human Resource Assistant

Rangga Gamayudha is a Human Resources Assistant in Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center. He is responsible to manage employees while also supporting other HR activities like performance management, and HRIS system functioning. He collaborates with the Board to put into practice the initiatives for development of employees and the organization. With a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia and a Bachelor’s degree in Geophysical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, he applies a structured and analytical approach to HR processes. He assists in the design and implementation of HR system processes within organization to ensure appropriate and effective talent management and organizational development.
