Responsibilities
- Conducting research related to energy policies and strategic resources.
- Writing a high-quality analytical reports, research papers, policy briefs, and other publications.
- Assist in conducting surveys, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions (FGDs), as well as research dissemination activities.
- Building and maintaining a partnership with relevant institutions.
- Any other duties that may be required.
Requirements
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics or other related fields.
- Have a minimum of 1-2 year(s) of professional experience in quantitative and qualitative research.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Published article(s) in the national or international mass media or academic journals is a plus.
- Possess skills and/or experience in statistical data analysis, energy sector modeling, economic forecasting, or social data modeling.
- Have the ability to prioritize work and projects with attention to detail and good time management to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to take the initiative, good analytical thinking, and collaborate with others to produce high-quality reports, articles, and presentations in a timely manner.
- Passionate about public policy analysis, regulation, and governance in energy and strategic resources.
- Prior experience in work, internships, or involvement in energy research projects is a plus.
- Live and/or be able to work in Jakarta.
