Filda Citra Yusgiantoro
Filda C. Yusgiantoro is the Chairperson of Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC). She received her S.T. in Chemical Engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB); MBM in Business and Management, Università degli Studi di Padova, Italy; MBA in Business Administration, Nanyang Business School, Singapore; and PhD in Business and Economics, Monash University, Australia.
Since 2026, she has been appointed as Principal Expert to the Deputy for Geoeconomics at the National Defense Council (Dewan Pertahanan Nasional – DPN) of Indonesia. She is also a lecturer for undergraduate and graduate programs at the Faculty of Business and Social Innovation, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
With a strong interest in energy, environment, sustainability, and economic development, she actively conducts research with the aim of contributing practical solutions and policy recommendations across various sectors.
Filda was recognized as the Best Academic Participant among both civil servant and non-civil servant participants in the Program Pendidikan Reguler Angkatan LXV (PPRA 65) at the National Resilience Institute of the Republic of Indonesia (Lemhannas RI). She has also received several prestigious awards, including the Fellowship Award from Monash University in 2025, the Honorary Member Award from the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations (AFEO) in 2024, and the Ganesa Wirya Jasa Utama Award from ITB for her significant contributions to national development and social advancement.
She serves as a Board Member of Climateworks Centre, a non-profit organization founded by Monash University to accelerate the transition to net-zero emissions across Australia, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific. She is also a member of the Advisory Board for the Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, and Petroleum Engineering Study Programs at ITB. In addition, she is an active speaker at numerous forums and has contributed to many articles in both international and local media.
Amelia Yusgiantoro
Amelia is a secretary of Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC). She holds a Bachelor’s and professional degree (drg.) in Dentistry from Universitas Indonesia (UI). She is a member of the Board of Commissioners at one of the fastest-growing companies that focuses on high-end retail products. She is also a Director in a start-up company that focuses on technology-based solutions for micro and small enterprises. During her spare time, Lia enjoys traveling, reading books, and baking.
Ria Yusgiantoro
Ria is a treasurer of Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universitas Trisakti. She currently sits on the board of commissioners at a growing media and digital communication company. Her past work experiences include deals in industrial law and once achieved success leading a retail, cosmetic company with rapid, increased revenues and numbers of outlets across Indonesia. During her free time, Ria enjoys reading law books, practicing yoga, and traveling.
