Johannes Nicholas Steven

Steven is a Creative Design Admin at the Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC), where he is part of the Events, Promotion, and Publication (EPP) division. In his role, Steven is responsible for PYC’s design and publication needs, ranging from creating social media design content to developing promotional materials for various programs and events organized by PYC. In addition, he also serves as a photographer for both internal and external activities, while handling multimedia-related tasks such as video production for podcasts and other event documentation.
Steven graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Animation Design Communication Visual (DKV) from Universitas Bina Nusantara, also known as BINUS.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Steven has a strong interest in gaming, nerd culture, and films. These activities serve not only as entertainment, but also as a way for him to relax, relieve stress, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Lely Cahyani Sugestika

As the Finance & Accounting Administrator at the Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC), Lely is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution and precision of the organization’s financial operations. Her core responsibilities include managing daily journal entries via the Accurate system, preparing budget realization reports, and maintaining structured physical and digital archives to support data-driven decision-making for the management team. Lely holds a bachelor’s degree in Management with a concentration in Finance from the University of Indonesia. Throughout her academic journey, she honed her analytical skills and attention to detail through internship experiences at several organizations before joining PYC.
Beyond her professional commitments, Lely expresses herself through her passion for reading and baking. She views these activities as essential outlets for creativity in her free time, helping her maintain a healthy work-life balance and sustained professional performance.

Syavira Amir

Syavira Amir is an HR Administrator at the Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center. She is responsible for managing employee administrative data and systematic document archiving to ensure HR data integrity, as well as supporting the entire recruitment cycle from candidate screening to employee onboarding. She actively participates in the implementation of strategic HR initiatives and employee well-being programs to foster a positive work culture within the organization. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she applies a profound understanding of human behavior and a structured approach to human resource management to achieve optimal organizational performance. In her spare time, Syavira channels her precision and creativity through her entrepreneurship in handmade crochet products.

Candra Pebrita Muliawan

Candra is an office support for Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC). He earned his academic degree in marketing from Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) in 2002. Candra’s job is to perform administrative and office support for events as well as daily office requirements in PYC. When he is off work, Candra loves to spend time playing video games and exploring places.

Friska Windy Pangaribuan

Friska is a staff of the finance and accounting department at Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC). She holds a bachelor’s degree from Nommensen HKBP University (NHU). She is responsible for financial and tax reports while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Before joining PYC, she joined the tax volunteer program by the Directorate General of Taxes. She enjoys listening to pop music, singing, traveling, and watching Korean drama or thriller movies in her free time.

Kamilia Ridwan

Kamilia Ridwan is an Executive Assistant at the Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center
(PYC). She plays a strategic role in supporting the Chairperson and the
implementation of various institutional programs. Her responsibilities include
managing external communications, preparing presentation materials, and
coordinating with stakeholders. She is also involved in organizing events, reporting,
and ensuring institutional representation in various activities.
Before joining PYC, Kamilia worked as a Policy Analyst at the Coordinating Ministry
for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. She gained experience in inter-
ministerial coordination, organizing international events, and disseminating policies
across different regions.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Economics from Universitas
Airlangga, focusing on Public Economics. Her professional experience also includes
empowering cooperatives and MSMEs during her time at the Department of
Cooperatives and Trade in Surabaya.
Beyond work, Kamilia is active in public policy communities and capacity-building
programs in Jakarta. She is known for being highly communicative and eager to
learn. She spends her free time traveling, tasting different cuisines, blogging about
food, and reading books.
