Hizkia Indri Posumah
Hizkia is a Data Specialist Staff at the Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC). He is responsible for the operation and development of PYC data service—one of PYC’s flagship initiatives that provides comprehensive statistical information and data analysis related to Indonesia’s energy sector.
Hizkia holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, with a focus on computational chemistry, from Pertamina University (UPer). Prior to joining PYC, he formerly worked as a Research Assistant at the Quantum Physics Research Center of BRIN RI, where he was involved in computational simulations of catalytic materials for clean energy applications, fuel cells. This experience deepened his interest in energy issues and data analysis, shaping him into a data and energy enthusiast.
In addition to his focus on the energy sector, Hizkia is also actively engaged in youth empowerment initiatives. He is part of a youth energy community network in Southeast Asia and also has initiated capacity-building projects for youth in his home region, North Sulawesi.
Beyond his professional activities, Hizkia expresses himself through the arts. He enjoys singing, playing music, writing, and exploring graphic design as a creative outlet.
Candra Pebrita Muliawan
Candra is an office support for Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC). He earned his academic degree in marketing from Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) in 2002. Candra’s job is to perform administrative and office support for events as well as daily office requirements in PYC. When he is off work, Candra loves to spend time playing video games and exploring places.
Friska Windy Pangaribuan
Friska is a staff of the finance and accounting department at Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC). She holds a bachelor’s degree from Nommensen HKBP University (NHU). She is responsible for financial and tax reports while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Before joining PYC, she joined the tax volunteer program by the Directorate General of Taxes. She enjoys listening to pop music, singing, traveling, and watching Korean drama or thriller movies in her free time.
Kamilia Ridwan
Kamilia Ridwan is an Executive Staff Member at the Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center
(PYC). She plays a strategic role in supporting the Chairperson and the
implementation of various institutional programs. Her responsibilities include
managing external communications, preparing presentation materials, and
coordinating with stakeholders. She is also involved in organizing events, reporting,
and ensuring institutional representation in various activities.
Before joining PYC, Kamilia worked as a Policy Analyst at the Coordinating Ministry
for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. She gained experience in inter-
ministerial coordination, organizing international events, and disseminating policies
across different regions.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Economics from Universitas
Airlangga, focusing on Public Economics. Her professional experience also includes
empowering cooperatives and MSMEs during her time at the Department of
Cooperatives and Trade in Surabaya.
Beyond work, Kamilia is active in public policy communities and capacity-building
programs in Jakarta. She is known for being highly communicative and eager to
learn. She spends her free time traveling, tasting different cuisines, blogging about
food, and reading books.
Novia Nur Haerika
Novia is an administrative & Support Staff at Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center. She is responsible for providing support in administrative tasks and linguistic checking on all documents. She also assists with the management of the PYC library. Before joining PYC, she was involved in various organizations during college, such as Head of Student Welfare Advocacy Division from Himpunan Mahasiswa Karawang Universitas Indonesia (Himakara UI) and Training Manager in Dancesport Universitas Indonesia. She was also a member of Hibah Klaster FIB Philology Research of Ternate Chest Manuscripts in her faculty. Outside her works at PYC, she enjoys making digital illustration, watching stage plays, and playing some music. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Universitas Indonesia in Indonesia Study Program with specialization in Philology and Oral Tradition.
Irfan Agustian
Irfan Agustian is a Building Management Staff at Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center. He is responsible for office logistics, documentation, asset management, and building maintenance. He ensures efficient facility operations by maintaining infrastructure maintenance and optimizing resource utilization. Holding a D3 in Agribusiness Management from IPB University and a Bachelor of Management from Universitas Terbuka, Irfan has solid expertise in operational management and organizational efficiency. His expertise in facility coordination and asset supervision helps maintain a well-organized and functional workplace environment.
