Novia Nur Haerika
Novia is a Secretariat Staff at the Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center. She is responsible for the full scope management of institutional administration, including linguistic review of all documents, archiving, and institutional reporting. Ensuring the smooth operations of PYC’s secretariat.
Beyond her role at PYC, she is actively engaged in various cultural preservation activities within communities. Her interests are deeply rooted in her academic background as a graduate of the Indonesia Study Program, with specialization in Philology and Oral Tradition, from Universitas Indonesia. She was also a member of Hibah Klaster FIB Philology Research of Ternate Chest Manuscripts in her faculty. Her passion for culture does not stop at tradition, she also follows developments in pop culture, ranging from music, movie, and visual art.
Irfan Agustian
Irfan Agustian is a Building Management Staff at Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center. He is responsible for office logistics, documentation, asset management, and building maintenance. He ensures efficient facility operations by maintaining infrastructure maintenance and optimizing resource utilization. Holding a D3 in Agribusiness Management from IPB University and a Bachelor of Management from Universitas Terbuka, Irfan has solid expertise in operational management and organizational efficiency. His expertise in facility coordination and asset supervision helps maintain a well-organized and functional workplace environment.
Annisa Indah Lestari
Annisa Indah Lestari is an Event, Promotion, and Publication Staff at Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center. In her role, she is responsible for managing various PYC events, from preparation to execution, while also supporting the Center’s promotional and publication activities. In addition, Annisa actively establishes partnerships and coordinates with external parties to support program implementation and expand the Center’s network.
From Universitas Brawijaya, Annisa earned a Bachelor of Educational Administration degree. Her academic background has provided her with a strong understanding of organizational administration, event management, and communication management, all of which contribute to productivity and professionalism in the workplace.

Her meticulousness and systematic nature enable the office administration system to function properly, hence increasing productivity at work.
Aida Nurul Izzah
Aida Nurul Izzah is a Finance and Accounting Coordinator. She is responsible for managing the foundation’s finances, including transaction recording, financial condition management, and taxes.
As a Finance and Accounting Coordinator, Aida is committed to ensuring the foundation’s financial condition remains sound and balanced. She collaborates with colleagues to identify and address financial issues, develops effective financial strategies to achieve the organization’s goals, and contributes to the development of financial plans and budgets.
With a background in Islamic Banking from Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka, Aida possesses in-depth knowledge of financial and accounting principles. She also has strong analytical skills and is able to prepare accurate and effective financial reports and audits.
Gabriel Hayuno Esmahendra
Gabriel Hayuno Esmahendra is a Legal Officer at the Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center, specializing in contract drafting and analysis, contract management, and legal risk mitigation. With a strong foundation in International Law from Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta, he plays a key role in bridging the gap between complex legal frameworks and the Center’s strategic objectives.
Hayuno has a proven track record in analyzing and drafting various legal documents such as MOUs, agreements, and contracts; able to mitigate legal risks internally and negotiate legal issues. His ability to provide research-based legal advice to the Board of Directors ensures that PYC remains abreast of the ever-evolving legal landscape. He is dedicated to ensuring that all PYC activities and goals comply with applicable laws, minimize legal risks, and negotiate effectively to resolve any legal issues that arise.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing the saxophone, a testament to the discipline and composure he brings to his legal practice.
Malik Abdul Jabar
Malik is an IT Staff member at the Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center, working within the Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) Department. He provides technical support and assistance, manages the installation, configuration, development, and maintenance of various IT systems (including computer systems, servers, websites, and network infrastructure), develops new system implementations for the company. He also handles the electronic device needed for events, manages the IT department’s finances, and oversees the creation and evaluation of IT SOPs. Malik graduated from Institut Teknologi – PLN with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
