Rachel Oktavyra Panie
Rachel Oktavyra Panie is a Coordinator in the Secretariat Department at Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center, specializing in meeting management, company administration, and board handling. With a background in Marine Science and Technology from Universitas IPB, she brings a detail-oriented approach to organizing administrative processes and ensuring operational efficiency.
Rachel has a strong track record in analyzing and managing schedules and administrative challenges, ensuring smooth coordination within the organization. Passionate about fostering people in alignment with the organization’s vision, she is committed to creating a well-structured and efficient work environment that supports leadership and team collaboration.
Prudensius Sarame
Ram P. Sarame is an assistant in the Events, Promotion, and Publication Department at the Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center, where he has contributed since 2022. With a strong background in journalism, Prudensius has gained valuable experience working with government institutions, particularly in disaster management, especially during the COVID-19.
Previously, Prudensius was actively involved in various national and international social and youth organizations, serving as a platform to hone his skills in communication and leadership. His academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Universitas Nasional Jakarta, and he is currently completing his studies in Law, reflecting his passion for learning and his commitment to making meaningful contributions to society.
Rangga Gamayudha
Rangga Gamayudha is a Human Resources Assistant in Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center. He is responsible to manage employees while also supporting other HR activities like performance management, and HRIS system functioning. He collaborates with the Board to put into practice the initiatives for development of employees and the organization. With a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia and a Bachelor’s degree in Geophysical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, he applies a structured and analytical approach to HR processes. He assists in the design and implementation of HR system processes within organization to ensure appropriate and effective talent management and organizational development.
Cantika Lydia Ayu Mandira
Cantika is a Library Staff at Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC). At PYC, she is responsible for library administrative assignments, assisting with book management and library circulation, as well as internal events in Library and Data Source Department. Before joining PYC, she was a facilitator in a social organization for the Deaf community. During college, she was involved in various organizations from Ikatan Keluarga Sastra Indonesia UI as vice chairman of Arts Division and volunteering in language communities as a facilitator and speaker partner. She also volunteered to teach academic writing for new students in Universitas Indonesia. She enjoys reading, watching movies and stage plays (mostly thriller and crime), and listening to music in her free time. Cantika holds a bachelor’s degree from Linguistic Department Universitas Indonesia majoring in Indonesia Study Program.
Adinda Setiaputri Hasibuan
Adinda is a Library Staff at Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC). At PYC, she assists library management and maintenance, which includes cataloging, preservation, and online catalog management for library collection and archives. She has a keen interest on information literacy, and reading about Indonesian and different cultures. She was part of Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Budaya UI (BEM FIB UI) for two years and was the Vice President of Himpunan Mahasiswa Serumpun Sebalai UI (Himass UI) for a year. In her spare time, she loves reading and collecting books, visiting libraries and museums, volunteering, and keeping up with popular culture. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science major from Universitas Indonesia (UI).
Gustino Dwiki Janarko
Dwiki is a Building and Asset Management Staff at Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC). He earned his bachelor’s degree in Informatics Systems from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Jakarta (UPNVJ). He enjoys life and always wants to try new things, especially at work. He is also passionate about learning new things on graphic design. Outside of his activities in PYC, he likes to spend time taking care of pets and fishing.
