Cantika is an HR Staff at Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC). At PYC, she is responsible for administrative assignments, employees benefit, and internal activities duties in HR Department. Before joining PYC, she was a facilitator in a social organization for the Deaf community. During college, she was involved in various organizations from Ikatan Keluarga Sastra Indonesia UI as vice chairman of Arts Division and volunteering in language communities as a facilitator and speaker partner. She also volunteered to teach academic writing for new students in Universitas Indonesia. She enjoys reading, watching movies and stage plays (mostly thriller and crime), and listening to music in her free time. Cantika holds a bachelor’s degree from Linguistic Department Universitas Indonesia majoring in Indonesia Study Program.
